legs hellow 1


This is an intense leg workout. It's a combination of supersets that will fry your quads, hammer your hamstrings, and help you carve diamond calves. The supersets will set your legs on fire and leave you breathless. Because each combo demands a lot from your legs, make sure you record how much weight you lift. It's easy to pile on the pounds for the first set, but you might have to rethink the load by set five.

           If you want to be the biggest, hardest guy in the gym, you have to do what you fear, not fear what you do. If you fear doing a difficult legs workout, you need to do it. It's the only way you're going to progress, period. I'm tired of seeing guys with big upper bodies and skinny legs. If you want big, strong legs with full separation, you need to train with the big boys.
